Are the brands you stock vegan and/or cruelty-free?

All of the brands we stock are cruelty-free. They are independent brands and are not owned by larger parent companies, as is the case with many mainstream brands. Additionally, all of the brands we stock are vegan-friendly, meaning that they have selections that are animal product-free. If a brand is vegan-friendly and/or cruelty-free it is noted as such on its brand page (under Shop By Brand). 

Whether an item is vegan or not will be noted in their product description.

What are these brands? I haven't heard of any of them!

We are notorious for being quirky, weird, and colourful. As a result, we love finding new and up-and-coming brands that aren't easy to find in Australia. These may be indie brands, smaller brands, or brands with unusual aesthetics. We love finding gems and hope you give our brands a chance to impress you. They've certainly impressed us!

Where do you ship?

Currently we ship within Australia only. If you wish to ship elsewhere in the world, please contact us and we may be able to ship to you on a case-by-case basis. Many of our brands are not based in Australia and it may be easier for you to source them from other stockists, or from the brand directly.

How long will my order take to ship?

Our turnaround time is 2 business days. Shipping to an Australian address can take up to 7 business days. We apologise for the shipping time, but as a small business it is difficult for us to balance low shipping cost with fast shipping times. We hope that this will change in the future.

All of our stock is kept on site, and we do not drop-ship, thus all products are packed and sent by us from an Australian address.

Can you stock my favourite brand?

Our goal is to create access to unique, creative, and eye-catching brands from around the world. This includes indie brands, and brands that are difficult to find in Australia. If you are keen for us to stock a brand close to your heart, please head to our contact page and let us know! You can also let the brand know that customers would love them to work with us (this may help in convincing them to partner with us!).

My package still hasn't arrived yet!

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please send us a message through our contact form. 

Something arrived damaged!

We do our best to prevent damage at packing prior to your package being sent. If you item arrives damaged, please send us a message with your name, order number, and a photo of your product/s and we will assist you from there.

My question hasn't been answered here!
